Knowing the value of technical support, we dedicate over 1/2 of our staff to providing our clients with a fully trained, regionally based, technically support team.
We work the hours the region works; We work the days the region works; We work alongside our customers and clients on a daily basis, regardless of their regional locale. Our technical support team is available to assist them live from Sunday through Thursday from 08:00 AM through 08:00 PM Dubai Time and we have an on-call engineer during any hours we are not in the office.
We have immersed ourselves in the local culture and values. We understand our customers needs and work endlessly to support them on a full time basis.
