You can also avoid bruising by refraining from taking aspirin for 72 hours prior to your treatment and by minimizing alcohol consumption the night before.

The treatment area may appear pink for a few hours. You may apply make-up immediately after treatment. Some patients may experience headache or flu-like symptoms for a couple of days. These symptoms should resolve on their own.
