"I am writing this letter to tell you how much I appreciate the job you did on my hair transplant procedure.  This was my third transplant, one in Washington, D.C., and another here in Los Angeles.  On a scale of one to ten I would give both of those procedures a 3 and you a perfect ten.  I can not express to you my gratitude.  You are a excellent Doctor Sir and your staff is outstanding.  I would like everyone to know that I felt like the most important patient in the world while in your care.  I was so impressed with the attention you personally gave to me.  My recovery was nearly pain free and the procedure itself was as simple as I could have ever imagined.

I would like you to please express my appreciation to Kim Keim.  She was such a great Nurse and so pleasant to be around.  It was like having family around during the procedure.  The Men's Renaissance center is an outstanding health center.  Everyone is so professional and you offer so many great treatments for Men in such a nice atmosphere.  I will recommend you and your center to all of my friends, family, and co-workers.

"Ever since I can remember I have wanted to have the hair on my back removed. I was so embarrassed to take my shirt off. Years later I heard of a procedure that could do this - laser hair removal - it sounded great, instead of having it waxed every two months. I made an appointment at a major university clinic where the procedure was offered, I figure it wouldn't be as costly due to the high volume that this clinic had been producing. This clinic proceeded to walk me through their well structured, sales team. Before I knew it, I was in a consult room (more like a car dealer) and they were going over financing. I asked "how much" countless times and the marketing people just continued, as if I were in a DMV just filling out driver's information, finally they told me it was six thousand dollars, not including my shoulders. I thanked them for the time and left.

6 years later I was talking about my experience (don't remember how the subject came up) at a local coffee shop and a gentleman mentioned an all men's health clinic, I asked what they do at an all men's health clinic and when he mentioned laser hair removal, I told him that must cost a fortune. I asked him "how much" and when he told me the amount, I could not believe it was half the price of the university. I reluctantly agreed to check it out, since it was close to my house.

The receptionist was very pleasant and offered me a drink and invited me to wait for one of their associates who would be right with me. I was thinking, "ok used car here we go," but instead a very tall nurse comes out and she listened to what I wanted and asked a few questions including whether or not I know what was involved. Then she told me the price and I was amazed that the guy at the coffee place was right, not only that, they gave me on option that saved me even more money for prepaying for the multiple visits.

The first procedure was just as they described it didn't take that long. They also had a nice plasma television to watch (I had the remote) while they did the procedure. The staff was very nice and professional, and I was in and out. The next few procedures where just like the first.

I could not believe how well it turned out. If I would have known how it was going to turn out this well, I would have done this years ago even for the higher price. I guess I am going to be that guy at the coffee shop for now on, I already told a neighbor that has gone in and he is thanking me."
