About the Men's Renaissance Staff

Our physicians and supporting staff are well-trained, experienced and effective. They understand your concerns and needs and will deliver satisfactory results in a conducive and empathic manner consistent with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Marc Dauer, M.D., is the Medical Director of Men’s Renaissance Health Centers. Dr. Dauer is a skilled surgeon who graduated from New York Medical College and trained in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. He subsequently received fellowship training in medical hair restoration and is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is an expert in helping men regain a full, natural head of hair.

Dr. Dauer has been practicing medicine for more than 13 years and has accumulated a wealth of experience over this time. He is an internationally published author in numerous medical journals. He has also been interviewed by numerous publications for his expertise in Hair Restoration.

Kimberly Keim, R.N., is Director of Nursing for Men’s Renaissance Health Centers. Mrs. Keim is experienced in many fields of nursing. She worked in Oncology and E.R. Trauma for several years before becoming a Laser Nurse Specialist and Nurse Manager in the aesthetic industry. Her experience in this field includes laser hair removal, intense pulsed light (IPL or Fotofacial) treatments, skin tightening, facial rejuvenation, and cellulite reduction. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Texas Tech University and graduated with honors from Houston Community College and the Bachelor's of Science Nursing program at the University of Phoenix.

Viollette Doloricon, is a registered nurse with Men’s Renaissance Health Centers. Ms. Doloricon has worked in the medical aesthetic field for more than 10 years. Her specialties include intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments, laser procedures, Botox and Restylane injections, and permanent laser hair reduction. Ms. Doloricon graduated Sigma Theta Tau from Concordia University and is a member of the American Medical Esthetic Nurses Association and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

Alissa Lamura is a licensed Aesthetician. She brings to the Men’s Renaissance Health Centers five years of experience in medical and holistic skin therapies. She has studied many specialized areas of skin care, including chemical peels, acne treatments, anti-aging treatments, and procedures focusing on the needs of the problematic skin. Her expertise has taken her to Europe, where she opened a medical spa, and brought her attention in the U.S., with appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, and the E! Entertainment channel. Her skin-care philosophy is to blend a perfect balance of science and nature and to help her clients achieve confidence and a new relationship with their skin.
