| Design We start with an idea. Some come from our customers. Many arise because someone at Del West wonders, "What if...  Then we get technical. What are the requirements of this product? What are its specifications? We draw various options using CATIA or SolidWorks, both of them industry-standard, CAM (Computer Aided Design) software. We analyze how each option would behave under heat and pressure using a Finite Element Method software such as ANSYS, that allows us to simulate real-world conditions, or software we’ve developed internally. And then we fine tune, iterating and revising until we know the design is right. Del West. Precisely. |
